• The same person may not operate multiple accounts.
• Transferring or selling an account to a third party is strictly prohibited.
• A copy of your national ID card or passport may be required for verification.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits through a third party are not accepted; the owner of the payment method and the account holder must be the same person.
• If a deposit fails for any reason, please contact the support team.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before a withdrawal can be made.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used for the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings derived from bonuses (see Section 5 for details).

bdijl offers a welcome bonus for new members. All bonus offers are subject to the following terms:

Welcome Bonus

• 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus; total balance ৳2,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳18,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus (maximum cap); total balance ৳26,000.

Wagering Requirements

• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only (not on deposit + bonus).
• Wagering requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
• Winnings derived from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus can be used like real money in the account, but cannot be withdrawn directly.
• bdijl reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its terms are violated.
• If the same person claims bonuses through multiple accounts, all accounts may be terminated.
• bdijl reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.

The following general rules apply to participation in sports betting, casino games, crash games, and other gaming categories at bdijl:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• bdijl reserves the right to review transactions completed due to technical errors.
• If a technical issue occurs in any game, bdijl may void the bet and return the original amount.
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes through multiple accounts or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited.
• All games use fair play technology to ensure the integrity of results.
• If the result of any sports betting event is disputed, bdijl's decision is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdijl platform and may result in account termination and legal action:

• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Creating an account using a false identity or information.
• Attempting to hack an account, gain unauthorised access, or carry out a cyber attack.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots or software to play.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Fraud or manipulation against other users.
• Operating an account on behalf of anyone associated with bdijl.
• Using or distributing bdijl's copyrighted materials without permission.

If any of the above activities are detected, bdijl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account, forfeit deposited funds and winnings, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.

bdijl believes in responsible gaming. Gaming should be an entertainment activity, not a solution to financial problems.

• Bet within your means — do not wager money you cannot afford to lose.
• Avoid placing more bets to chase losses.
• With the help of our support team, temporary or permanent limits can be placed on your account if needed.
